Employees are entitled to 12 days sick leave with full pay per year. Thereafter, sick leave will be taken as unpaid days or holiday leave.



Only on the recommendation of a medical officer appointed by CFTS.CO (U) Ltd., shall an employee be granted extended sick leave owing to ill health, under the following conditions:

* Up to one (1) calendar month on full pay.
* After one (1) calendar month, up to two (2) calendar months on half pay.
* Employees on temporary terms shall not receive the above mentioned benefits.
* Sick leave pay shall not be applicable where the ill health is caused by misconduct or willful negligence on the part of the employee.
* Accidents while on duty are covered by the insurance policy and the victim shall be paid full salary while on treatment.
